John Biancardi has been a professional divorce mediator since 1992.  John also trains and certifies mediators for the Superior Court system of California and for UCLA.  He provides university and corporate training instruction to judges, attorneys, therapists, and human resource professionals working for Fortune 100 companies.  John has also authored, and has been granted registered copyrights© for, seven (7) mediation and conflict resolution systems and courses.  Formerly, John worked as a dispute resolution specialist in his capacity of Union Executive Board (voting) Officer, Trustee and Representative for the largest union local in Southern California with 13,000 members.  He has a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and practiced for over 5 years in including working with the deaf in sign language.  John is an approved provider of Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) credits by the State Bar Associations in over 40 states.  John’s success, beyond resolving hundreds of divorce cases and employee disputes, includes having the highest success rate among all mediation agencies in Orange County operating under the California Dispute Resolution Programs Act.
